INGREDIENTS

200g plain flour; plus extra for dusting
150g natural yogurt
Mixed herbs, 1 tbsp fresh finely chopped (basil and thyme work well) or 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
Pinch of ground black pepper

METHOD

1. In a mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients with a spoon to make a firm dough.
2. Divide the dough into six balls..
3. Roll out each ball very thinly.
4. Pan fry or griddle each flat dough in a preheated pan on hedium high heat for around 30 seconds each side.
5. Cut into pieces and serve whilst warm.

 

 

 

Time: 10 minutes preparation and cooking time

Requires: a mixing bowl and non-stick frying pan or griddle

Serves: three
