How are we encouraging and assessing the development of employability skills?

You could conduct an audit to find out what is already happening throughout the university and to find examples of good practice. Both Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Central England have conducted audit exercises which are generic and therefore may be of use in developing your own audit.

A tailored, institution-specific, attribute-focused, student experience survey is a useful way to cross-check whether employability skills are embedded in the curriculum.
