INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp runny honey
2 tsp rice vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
1 minced garlic clove
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chilli sauce (more or less as preferred)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
METHOD
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.

Use as required and store remainder in a refrigerator in an airtight container.
