A novel of twists and surprises

How can I make adjustments to the curriculum to make it more employability friendly?

Sharpening the focus on employability in the curriculum offers a three-stage approach:
identifying the 'employability foci' for the curriculum;
deciding how to get from where you are to where you would like to be;
and aligning (or realigning, as appropriate) the curriculum.

The Tuning tool is a useful resource.

The audit tool from the University of Central England (now Birmingham City University) can also be used to assess and adjust employability elements of the curriculum.

There are also some useful briefings and guides on adjusting curricula.
